Waitlist privacy notice

Grapeleaf collects your name, email, account password, selected roles, and optional company, city, and profile URL to maintain your waitlist account.

Referrals and cookies

We store your personal referral link and the association when another person registers through it. Cookies maintain your signed-in session and first referral introduction. Referrers see aggregate registration counts, not the names or emails of people they referred.

Storage and access

Account and waitlist records are stored in Neon Postgres in the United States. The application runs on Google Cloud in the United States. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Authorized Grapeleaf administrators can review registrations and referral associations.

Membership activation

Joining the waitlist does not start a subscription. Email activation and paid membership will be introduced separately. We do not sell waitlist contact information.
